About ProStage Group
Learn about ProStage Academy, our mission, and how we’re transforming live event education across Scotland.
ProStage exists to open doors. We’re here to help young people in Scotland develop the skills and confidence to step into the world of live events, and thrive in it.
Our Story:
Born out of real-world experience in the events industry, ProStage is a natural extension of our work at Sonus Events. We saw the same issue over and over, talented young people with no way in, and major events relying on crews from England and further afield to fill the gap. We looked at our friends downsouth and thought something had to be done.
So we decided to do something about it.
At ProStage, our values guide everything we do.
We are committed to excellence, delivering the highest standards in training, crew services, and event production. We believe in creating opportunity, opening doors for new talent and building strong partnerships across the industry. Integrity is at our core, with honesty, transparency, and respect in every interaction.
We focus on collaboration, working together with individuals, businesses, and communities to achieve more. Our team embraces innovation, staying ahead with new ideas, technologies, and creative solutions. We are proud to promote inclusion, welcoming people from all backgrounds, and we work with passion, bringing energy and dedication to every project.

- Excellence
